    Expense Requirements

    It is requested that any travel expenses for Pastor Danette be covered by the hosting ministry/organization. All flight reservations will be booked through Danette Crawford Administrative Offices and paid for by the organization/ministry.

    Will a honorarium be given to Pastor Danette for her time of ministry with your organization/ministry? If yes, what is the budgeted amount?
