Joy Ministries Evangelistic Association, Inc. is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 whose mission is to minister salvation and restoration to God’s people. Established in 1989 by Evangelist Danette J. Crawford, Joy Ministries seeks to share the gospel message both nationally and internationally through television, conferences, seminars and creative outreach methods. We believe our mission field starts in our own backyard and extends to the nations.

The Word of God clearly shows us God’s heart for the poor and needy, the fatherless children and the widows. Joy Ministries helps meet the spiritual, physical and emotional needs of these people through our various outreaches. We believe that investing in the lives of the poor and fatherless, through education and character development, we will help them break free from the cycle of poverty.

Danette's Story

Danette Crawford is a powerful speaker, author, TV host and international evangelist with a refreshing message of hope and encouragement. Danette has a master’s degree in counseling from Regent University. She is the founder and president of Danette Crawford Ministries, and its’ outreach arm, Joy Ministries Evangelistic Association Inc.. The ministry organizes inner-city work with over twenty-three different compassion programs dedicated to sustainable aid.

Joy Ministries offers educational and mentoring programs, assistance for at-risk youth and low-income families, and programs for single mothers. Programs for single mothers include Cars for Moms, LIFE Group, the Mother’s Day Celebration and the Father’s House Programs.

Danette’s television program, Joy with Danette Crawford, is broadcast weekly into millions of homes. You can watch her program on Daystar, ABC, CBS, TBN, NRB, Goodlife45, Atlanta 57, and Dove Network. Danette is also the author of several books: Don’t Quit in the Pit, Total Turnaround, God You’ve Got Mail, Standard Setters, Limitless Thinking, Limitless Living, and her 45 day devotional Break Free.

Danette’s story of building an international television ministry and national outreach organization, all while raising her daughter as a single mom, has brought inspiration to millions. The heart of everything that she does is to change lives and to show others that they can overcome any difficulty that comes their way.

    I hereby grant the following rights to JOY MINISTRIES AND DANETTE CRAWFORD MINISTRIES (DCM). and any of its affiliates, licensees, subsidiaries, or assigns in consideration of their possible use of my (and my childs) visual depiction by photographs, video, digital images or transparencies, any oral statements, and any other information supplied by me (collectively, the “material”). I acknowledge that no promise or representation has been made to me that Joy Ministries/DCM shall be obligated to use the material in any way, and I acknowledge that Joy Ministries/DCM shall have sole and absolute discretion and creative control in determining when or whether the material should be used in any manner.

    Joy Ministries/DCM shall have total ownership of the material in perpetuity and throughout the world; the right to edit the material; the right to print the material; the right to broadcast, exhibit, distribute or display the material on broadcast or cable television, satellite transmission, films, photographs, videotapes, videocassettes, videodiscs, print and digital media, the Internet, radio format, record album, audiocassette format, or by any other method or device now known or hereafter devised; the right to copyright the material; and the right to transfer and assign any or all of the rights hereunder to others, or to license others to use these rights. Joy Ministries/DCM may use my name, likeness, biographical information and/or other materials supplied by me for purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion, but not as a direct endorsement for any product or service. I affirm that the use of my likeness and/or materials supplied by me as described above will not violate the rights of any person or organization and will not incur any liability for payment to any person. I acknowledge that

    I will not receive any compensation for the use of such material and I further agree to hold Joy Ministries/DCM harmless from any and all liability that Joy Ministries/DCM may incur as a result of its use of the material as stated herein. Joy Ministries/DCM has right to use the material for the next 25 years and indefinitely. I consent for my child(ren) to participate in the Program and the above-described media and agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as stated above, on behalf of myself/ourselves as his/her parent(s)/guardian(s). I/we agree that the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the provisions relating to the release to DCM/Joy Ministries is applicable to me/us and that I/we are bound thereby. I/we further agree to indemnify and hold DCM/Joy Ministries harmless from and against any claims asserted by my/our child. No oral representations, statements or inducements have been made to me/us with regard to this Agreement or the Program.
